Privacy at account.diil.ai

account.diil.ai is where you sign in to diil and where your organisation manages who may use which diil app. This page explains what it stores about you and why. Last updated 29 September 2026.

Who is responsible

What we store

• Your name and email address, and which sign-in methods you use (Google, Microsoft or an email link). From Google and Microsoft we receive only your name, email address and a stable account identifier; never your password, files, mail or calendar.
• The organisations you belong to, your role in each, and which diil apps you may open.
• Your sign-in sessions: when they started and were last used, the device type (browser) and the country the sign-in came from. We store a fingerprint of the session, not the session itself.
• A log of sign-in attempts, with the same details, to keep accounts safe.

Why

To sign you in to every diil app with one account, to give you the access your organisation has granted, and to detect and stop misuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Google and Microsoft (only when you choose to sign in with them) and Resend (sign-in emails). Their data may be processed outside your country under their own safeguards.

How long

Sessions end when you sign out or after 30 days without use. Sign-in logs are kept for 12 months. Your account stays while your organisation uses diil; when you or your organisation ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [TO BE CONFIRMED: privacy contact address]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
